A question for all: How will you feel if you know that you will be financially indebted to your parents for almost a lifetime?

Looks like for years to come, i will be working and paying off my debt at the same time.

5 more inspersed days to freedom~

Completed my biodevice test 2 (feels more like exam though) today. Pass my paper to the moderator who happens to be the module lecturer. As she was checking through the exam paper, i asked if it was possible to obtain a distinctionl. It will be really great if i could score at least 1 distinction in my entire polytechnic academic years right? haha, and she said very likely cause my previous components scored an A. Since its done and handed in, we can only see the final results when the final transcripts is mailed to my house.

Finally,Exams starting next monday on the 22th feb. Looking forward to its end~

Fried Carrot cakes

As much as i tasted and tried, i just don't have the acquired taste of singapore style fried carrot cake, 'with and ai hiam ( spicy)'.

Speaking of which, there is a list of local foods which i must try before i leave singapore to further my studies in wellington (welly), new zealand.

Here's the list:

Modelling

On my way home from grand dad's place, i was approached my this modelling agent. The conversation went like this:

Model agent: Hellos!
Al (me) : Yes?
Model agent: Will you like to be a model?
Al (me): yes. but what are the conditions attached?
Model agent: How old are you?
Al(me) : i'm 19+ going on 20 years old this year.
Model agent: then that's fine, as long as you are over 18 years old.
Al (me): ok.
Model agent: is it all right if we take a seat and discuss further?
Al(me): sure.

**Discussion went on further**

we discuss on matters such as height, body hair, school, availability of time.
fyi,I'm about 1.51 to 1.53cm tall which is definitely fall short in terms of a standard height for models. but he said it was fine, since models will have to wear heels during shoots anyways.
At his request, i did a 'walk up and down' on the multipurpose hall (thats where we met) in a normal and regular walking style. From his reply of 'very good, very natural' he seems to be looking at how the person carries themselves when they walk, something like 'poise'. We exchanged numbers in the end ( he said he will call again) and i wished him a good cny ahead.

Now that im writing this, there's this qns in my head: isnt modelling done for all ages? well, unless they are looking for young adult models, thats my guess.

As the title suggests, school's ending soon. According to some, school have already ended, and now its left with exams,

Exams:

22th february - 2hrs -> Proteomics
24th febrary -2hrs -> Drug development
26th february -2hrs -> Structural and functional genomics
1st march -1hrs -> Molecular biology and disease
4th march -2hrs - Essentials of business mangment

5th march onwards -> freedom
